Following four years of planning and construction, The Vista Tiberias, a Four-Star Deluxe hotel at the Sea of Galilee, is set to open next year. Owned by the same management as the Vista Eilat, the new property faces onto the Sea of Galilee and is a five-minute walk to the center of Tiberias. The hotel will have 120 rooms, including 22 suites and a selection of connecting rooms, with some offering both bath and shower, and each featuring a king size bed, Smart TV and Nespresso machine.“Every room has a direct view onto the lake from a private balcony,” says General Manager Avi Dahan.

Amenities & Dining
The property will also provide a half-Olympic sized outdoor infinity pool, a spa complex with treatment rooms, sauna, a Jacuzzi and a gym; meeting spaces for business conventions and events; a synagogue; and a lobby bar serving snacks and light bites. “Our rooftop lounge has a beautiful 360-degree view of Tiberias and looks farther beyond onto the Golan Heights and Safed,” says Dahan. “We will also offer a different dining option here.” Bookings can be made on a B&B, half board or full board basis, with dining options focusing mainly on Israeli style buffet cuisine.

The Market
“Tiberias and the surrounding regions are popular among pilgrim groups, and we foresee this as our biggest market
and focus of our marketing efforts,” says Dahan. “Alongside this are FITs on route to the Golan Heights and Galilee, who are looking for a quality hotel in the area, another important market for us.”
