A new hotel will be built in Kiryat Motzkin. According to Shalom Shitrit, owner of the Shattit company, the hotel, it is expected to include 120 rooms on an area of 3,535 square meters, and supposed to be designed in a Eurodisney style.
According to Shitrit, the company won the tender to build the new hotel, it will be adapted to families in order to create a special experience. At the moment there is no official date for the opening of the hotel, as these are very preliminary stages of winning the tender.
The lot on which the hotel will be built is part of a tourism and recreation site of approximately 103 dunams in the zoo complex in the city, which includes a hotel area, a tourist attraction for the zoo with displays of animals and plants, an amphi-park, a visitor center, playgrounds and facilities, seating areas, plazas , promenades and shading facilities. In addition to this, an area of about five dunams will be established for the benefit of an open public space, within which the “Railway” promenade along the railroad will be turned into an open public space.
