Bank Hapoalim continues to be committed to entrepreneurs and hoteliers, especially in the current challenging period. In the last few days, the bank completed a financial closure to finance a project to support the construction of the luxury Gordonia Golan Beach hotel on the site of the Luna-Gal complex on the Golan Beach in Kinneret, which will be spread over approximately 65 dunams and will include approximately 150 suites in two wings (a family wing and a couples wing) next to a chef’s restaurant, conference halls, spa and fitness complexes.

As part of the deal, Hapoalim will provide financing in the amount of approximately 185 million ILS to Dogal Initiative and Investments Ltd., which is controlled by the companies Amram Avraham and Shai Chai. The hotel is expected to open to guests in August 2026. The total cost of the project is estimated at 275 million ILS.

The hotel and restaurant will be managed by the Kerem Hotels company owned by Gadi Priber and Ephraim Kramer, which specializes in managing luxury hotels and operates boutique hotels, including the Gordonia Hotel in Ma’aleh Hamishme and the Alma Hotel in Zichron Ya’akov. The hotel was designed by Feigin Architects – one of the leading architecture firms in Israel, which has designed over 100 hotels and will include a combination of natural local materials such as basalt stones and motifs from the Sea of Galilee. The interior design of the hotel will be done by the designers Ari Sheltiel and Ruth Arad.
