A wave of initiatives to revive tourism is underway in northern Israel, aiming to bring visitors back to an area that was severely impacted during the war.

After a year and a half since the Kfar Giladi Hotel, located in Kfar Giladi Kibbutz, closed due to the war, the hotel will reopen its doors in early March.

The hotel has been undergoing a comprehensive renovation, upgrade and rebranding, with an investment estimated at approximately 3 million ILS.

The renovated hotel includes 158 rooms and suites that have been renovated, upgraded and redesigned, including replacing furniture. Also, in the reopening, the hotel’s two pools were upgraded and redesigned: the indoor pool and the outdoor pool.

In addition, emphasis was placed on the culinary side. The renovated dining room combines a new kibbutz experience and offers Galilean chef menus and rich dishes that change according to the seasons, from the best Galilean produce and the kibbutz’s orchards.

The price of guest rooms at the Kfar Giladi Hotel starts at 1,080 ILS per couple per night on a bed and breakfast basis.
