“I thank the awards committee for this esteemed recognition. This award belongs to me just as much as it belongs to every single member of our team, who work with dedication and embody the values of excellence, professionalism, and exceptional hospitality experience. Over the past twenty years, we have grown from a local chain to an international one with a significant presence in dozens of countries, and we continue to expand into new markets in Europe and the world. This recognition is a testament that our vision—to make a quality and exciting hospitality experience accessible to more and more guests—is also gaining support and appreciation on the global stage. I am proud to stand here on behalf of all the chain’s employees, both in Israel and abroad”.

David Fattal, founder and owner of the Fattal Hotel Chain, was recently honored with the Leading Hotel Owner in Europe award at the Hotel Chains Awards ceremony, which took place during the ITHIC Conference in Rome, Italy.

This award specifically recognizes hotel chains that demonstrate leadership in growth and influence within the European hospitality market. Receiving this international recognition for an Israeli chain is a source of special pride and underscores the Fattal Hotel Chain’s contribution to the global tourism industry. The recognition is especially meaningful now, following the recent announcement that Israel would not be permitted to have a stand at the upcoming TTG tourism fair in Rimini, Italy.

The current accolade serves as another international seal of approval for Fattal—the largest Israeli hotel chain in Europe —positioning it as one of the world’s most influential and important hotel groups. This award places the Fattal Hotel Chain alongside other leading international chains that have won ITHIC awards in previous years, such as B&B Hotels, Marriott, BWH Hotels, and TH Resorts, highlighting Fattal’s status as a major player in the European hospitality industry.

This latest honor follows Fattal’s receipt of the prestigious Grand Prix award at the Hospitality Awards 2024 in Paris last year, where he was named “Hotelier of the Year in Europe”.

Upon accepting the award, David Fattal stated: “I thank the awards committee for this esteemed recognition.
