What you will be doing
Day to day maintenance of the entire hostel structure, including rooms and public spaces
Operation of the hostel structure and it’s different systems
Acquisitions and responsibility for dealing with suppliers
Training and management of maintenance team (2-4 staff members)
Performing maintenance tasks independently when needed
Setting tasks for the maintenance team

What you should have
Experience in maintenance – A must!
Experience in management – advantage
Certified electrician – advantage
Proficient use of Hebrew and English, other languages – advantage
Good with a toolbox and can set a Personal example
Organized, responsible, professional
The job is full-time (6 days per week), and requires availability on weekends as stand-by manager (at least once a month). Starting date as soon as possible. There will be an initial training period (1-2 months) taking place in our hostels in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv.
Israeli citizenship or a valid Israeli work visa is required in order to apply for this position!
