Air India is launching new direct flights from New Delhi to Tel Aviv, starting from May.

Air India is launching new direct flights from New Delhi to Tel Aviv, starting from May. The route, which the airline does not currently fly, will operate three times a week. Between 2015 and 2016, there has been a 15% increase in incoming tourism from India with 45,000 visitors entering the country last year, and the new flight is part of an initiative by the Israel Ministry of Tourism to open new markets in the Far East.
