Wizz Air continues to strengthen its presence in Israel. The airline has announced it will increase the number of flights on the Tel Aviv-Vienna route to 14 weekly flights starting July 2020.

The Tel Aviv-Vienna route, launched in June 2018 with four weekly flights, will offer Israeli passengers more flights and by doing so, Wizz Air will continue to contribute to the local economy, encourage tourism and strengthen the company’s presence and connection to Israel.

As part of the increase in flight frequency, Wizz Air will integrate two new Airbus A321 aircraft, which will be added to the company’s base in Vienna during December 2019. In addition, Wizz Air will open new lines from Vienna to six new destinations: Athens, Castillo, Cologne, London-Luton, Pristina and Tirana.
