A particularly exciting evening was held this week on the occasion of the setting of the mezuzah at ‘Ayala’ Resort in Kibbutz Ayelet Hashahar in the Upper Galilee.
In the presence of hundreds of guests, including the families of the owners, friends, colleagues, professionals and many suppliers who were partners in the construction of the resort.
Words of blessing and thanks were heard from the three partners, who excitedly described the challenging construction process from its beginning until this evening. Rabbi Kovalsky delivered words of Torah and blessing and pointed out that each person’s private hotel is his soul and how important the joy of life is to the soul.
At the end of the ceremony, the guests were able to enjoy a celebratory dinner prepared by chef Avi Cohen and the staff of the ‘Noga’ restaurant. The ceremony was hosted by the radio personality, Moshiko Stern, the singer David D’Or and the artist ‘Abu Tabla’.
After a long period of preparations and after a huge investment, the resort built on the grounds of the mythical ‘Ayelet Hashahar’ Hotel, which operated even before the establishment of the state, will soon be opened for public use. The new resort will have 147 rooms, conference halls, a spectacular central building and a dairy-Italian chef restaurant, as well as a spa complex and a swimming pool.
