The Africa Israel hotel chain announced today the establishment of a new hotel brand that will initially include five hotels in Tel Aviv. The new brand will be called Poli, after the Poli House boutique hotel that returned to the management of the Africa Israel Hotel Company.
During 2024, the hotels will take part in the branding that will be launched, including the Poli Port Hotel in Tel Aviv Port, Poli Post in the Jaffa Post Office and two other hotels in the city. The Poli House Hotel is considered a boutique hotel with 40 rooms, it is located in Beit Polishuk on Nachalat Binyamin pedestrian street in Tel Aviv.
The Africa Israel hotel chain currently manages 10 hotels under the various brands : Vert, Crowne Plaza, Bay View, Indigo and now the Poli brand is joining.

At the same time, the chain also reports an increase in demand for vacations in recent days. Assaf Ben Dov, Vice President of Marketing and Sales of Africa Israel Hotels: “In recent days, we have witnessed both in our reservation center and more specifically on the website, the rate of searches and reservations is increasing with an emphasis on last minute reservations simultaneously with increasing demands for the longer term due to Passover and summer”.
