Israel Canada Hotels has signed with the Morad Group, which owns Havat Vared HaGalil, on management and lease contracts for two new complexes to be built on a farm with an area of about 50 dunams overlooking the Sea of Galilee and the Golan Heights, when the architect Pitzo Kedem Amon in cooperation with Feigin Architects for the planning and to complete the works by the end of 2026.

In the northern part of the farm, which includes a professional horse farm , a hotel including guest rooms and a dedicated complex for family entertainment which is active today, luxurious and luxurious glamping tents will be added in the near future.
The chain is also renewed with another new hotel from the Play hotel group located in the sought-after Levontin neighborhood in Tel Aviv.
