Eyal joins David Citadel Hotel following years working with the international Hyatt chain, where he served
as regional General Manager overseeing three major properties in Miami and south Florida. Prior to his new role, Eyal was the General Manager of Hyatt Centric Las Olas in Fort Lauderdale where he spearheaded the opening of the property.

In the earliest stages of his career, Eyal graduated in Hospitality Management from FIU (Florida International University) and started out as a front desk manager with the Marriott chain at Stanton South Beach. Eyal then moved into food and beverage, where he developed an enthusiasm for creative activation, concepts, and marketing. He also gained extensive knowledge and experience across hotel departments including Director of Operations within Marriott and Starwood Hotels.
When he is not being creative and enhancing guest experiences, Eyal loves the great outdoors, with cycling and long-distance running among his favorite pursuits. He is married with two children, ages 2.5 and 4.5.
