Fattal Hotels chain is announcing two new deals, the first one – an agreement to purchase land and the construction stages of a luxury hotel in Eilat, in a central location on the boardwalk and close to the sea, with an investment of about half a billion ILS. The hotel will operate as a luxurious holiday hotel and will include about 300 luxurious rooms and spacious suites, lobby – reception, lounge bar, restaurants, spa and gym, swimming pool, rooftop with another pool overlooking a spectacular view, conference halls, commercial areas and shops. The hotel will open during the year 2025 and have a high international hotel standard.

The second, purchase of land for the development of a vacation village with a unique concept with a water experience in all areas and throughout the village, in Kibbutz Eilot at the foot of the Yo Splash Resort Hotel with an investment of approximately 120 million ILS. The resort will operate with a unique concept and will include 155 villas surrounded by water, a reception lobby, a bar, restaurants, a spa, an amphitheater, a children’s world with a ninja complex and a gym. The hotel is designed by the Feigin architectural firm and is scheduled to open in 2026.
