Dan Hotels Israel is opening a new business property at the start of 2018 on Sha’ul HaMelech Blvd. in Tel Aviv, at an investment of 40 ILS million (approximately $11.45 million). The hotel, which previously served as the headquarters of state-owned housing company Amidar, will offer 94 rooms across eight floors and will feature a business and leisure concept. Amenities include conference rooms, dining services, a gym, spa and shared work spaces. According to a press release from the hotel’s spokesperson: “LINK hotel & Hub, the new brand of Dan Hotels, offers a concept that addresses the new generation of tourist and business people, and combines a response to the different priorities of this generation, such as a shared work space, informal atmosphere and urban art, combined with advanced technology such as check-in, check-out and other services.”
