The Olive hotel chain is opening a new property - Olive Mount Gilboa Hotel, in January, replacing what was previously a dry slopes ski area.

The Olive hotel chain is opening a new property – Olive Mount Gilboa Hotel, in January, replacing what was previously a dry slopes ski area. The first stage of the opening will present 30 rooms (40m²) followed by a further 66 rooms at a later stage, available across categories of gallery and villa. Each room is named after a son of King Saul and offers a city facing view. Amenities include a guest swimming pool overlooking Harod Valley; an events garden, and Kimmel Restaurant run my Chefs Ben Shaham and Shaul Ben-Aderet. The hotel will also provide a range of tours in the area.
