The project, which is currently located in the heart of Tel Aviv, between Rothschild Herzl and Lilienblum streets, was built as part of a historical complex that includes five historical buildings for preservation, which were built in 1909 as part of the first 66 houses of “Ahuzat Beit” – later Tel Aviv. The project combines hotels, residences and commerce and the total investment in it is about one billion ILS.
Gil Geva, Chairman of the Tidhar Group: “The Rothschild 10 complex, which is being built these days, is one of the flagship projects of the Tidhar Group, which we have been initiating and promoting since 2009. The project combines five historic buildings from the early days of the city, with sustainable new construction and technological progress. Together they tell the special story of Tel Aviv, history alongside innovation and bustling life. The Rothschild 10 project combines a luxury hotel, restaurants, cafes and commercial spaces with a residential experience at the highest level. Rothschild 10 brings to light our concept in Tidhar – to allow our customers a better, safer and healthier life. The hotel is the first hotel in Israel to be built to the Leed Platinum standard and its construction sets a new standard for entrepreneurship in the construction industry”.
The project to preserve the five historic buildings is one of the most ambitious and complex in the city and the entire complex is one of the most complex engineering projects currently being carried out in Israel and is expected to be completed in 2025.
“We are excited about the signing of the agreement with the “Six Senses” luxury hotel group, whose values match our vision and concept in Tidhar. The group represents and promotes advanced approaches of service, sustainability and health, alongside an uncompromising standard of quality and excellence. Six Senses will provide our guests and residents with the highest hotel and management services in the world”.
Neil Jacobs, CEO of “Six Senses”: “Tel Aviv is one of the busiest cities in the world today. To understand It must be experienced, its center of innovation and its art and creation scene, its coffee culture and, for me, the genius of its Israeli chefs. The opportunity not only to be a part of this city but also to lay our cornerstone next to its foundation stone is extremely exciting. In fulfilling the vision of Six Senses Tel Aviv With Tidhar, one of the leading real estate groups in Israel, we demonstrate our passion and intention in the property, from the pioneering wellness programs of Six Senses Place to the street food served alongside the 17th floor [Skyfall] . Six Senses Tel Aviv joins our urban hotels in Istanbul and with a site that will open soon in Rome, followed by London, Bangkok, Dubai, Lisbon and Kyoto, all in the next two years”.
Ziv Aviram, co-founder of Mobileye and a leading Israeli entrepreneur: “The Rothschild 10 project is one of the most exciting and special projects in the field of real estate in Israel today. The way we chose to preserve the history of 5 buildings that have existed since the beginning of the city of Tel Aviv while integrating green construction, new technologies and extraordinary architecture is particularly exciting. The choice to join the Tidhar Group in this project created a special opportunity of urban renewal while initiating, executing and building quality among the best in the world. I am sure that the connection with Six Senses to manage the hotel in the project will create an unusual experience for the hotel’s guests and the residents of the project”.
The “Rothschild 10” project is a new complex that combines hotels, residences and commerce. The project is initiated by the Tidhar group. In 2020, Ziv Aviram – an entrepreneur and businessman from one of the leaders in the Israeli economy – joined the project.
