The organizers of the International Tourism Exhibition – IMTM 2022 – announced that senior officials from around the world are expected to arrive in Israel at the end of the month and take part in the exhibition. Along with the participation of the Minister of Tourism and the Director General of the Minister of Tourism in Israel, these are the officials who confirmed their arrival from abroad: the Ministers of Tourism of Bahrain, Lithuania, Greece, Italy, and the Directors of Tourism Offices from Morocco, Colombia and Portugal.
Less than a month before the opening film of the international tourism exhibition – IMTM 2022 – the entrepreneurs of the tourism exhibition, together with the Ministry of Tourism, announced that in addition to the Minister of Tourism Yoel Razvozov and the Director General Danny Shahar, those that are expected to come to Israel and confirm their participation are Ministers of Tourism from Bahrain, Lithuania, Greece, Italy. In addition, the directors of the Ministry of Tourism of Morocco, Colombia and Portugal will also take part in the exhibition.
The international tourism exhibition will be held for the first time after two years in which it was postponed, due to the increase in morbidity, due to the spread of the corona virus. This year, the IMTM exhibition will be held for the 28th time in Israel at EXPO Tel Aviv between March 29-30, and will be open to the general public.
More than 50 countries are expected to participate in the IMTM 2022 exhibition, including: Morocco, Azerbaijan, the Philippines, Italy and Sardinia, Spain, Portugal, Bulgaria, Greece, Poland, Croatia and more. The exhibition is organized by Artra Ltd. and Israel Travel News, in collaboration with the Ministry of Tourism and sponsored by the Israel Hotels Association, the Chamber of Inbound Tourism Organizers, the Tel Aviv-Jaffa Tourism Association, and the Israel Travel Agents Association. The exhibition is intended for all those involved in the various tourism industries – domestic tourism, inbound tourism as well as countries and tourism factors from abroad and is open to the general public.
