Atidim Park Tel Aviv, owned by the Tel Aviv Municipality and Tel Aviv University, continues to renew itself and has signed a significant collaboration with the Roxon hotel chain, owned by businessman Kobi Avrahami, the controlling shareholder of Ofek Investments Group. As part of the agreement, an innovative hotel will be built, managed and operated in Building 10 of the renewing park, in close proximity to the light rail station, the Green Line.

The hotel, which will be converted from an office building, is undergoing a comprehensive renovation process – inside and out. The building, which originally had four floors, will be transformed into a modern six-story building with a total area of 8,500 square meters. The investment in the project is estimated at 120 million ILS.

The new hotel will be called Roxon Park TLV, and will include approximately 130 luxurious guest rooms and suites, an elegant bar, an elegant rooftop with a contemporary bar, designated lounge rooms for conferences, events and private meetings, a chef’s restaurant, and a pampering spa complex. The urban hotel will serve business people during the week, couples and families looking for a perfect urban vacation on weekends, and will also provide a medical tourism solution for visitors to the private Rafael Hospital located in the park and to the hospitals and private clinics on the health axis of the northeast of the city.

Expected completion of the project and launch of the hotel: January 2026. The hotel’s chief architect is Kimel Eshkolot, and the hotel’s interior design will be carried out by architect and interior designer Corinne Gershon.
