Ziv Rosen, former CEO of the Gulliver Group, is appointed CEO of Eshet Tours and will replace Ephraim Kramer, who served as owner and CEO of the company for nearly 30 years. Kramer will continue in his role as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Eshet Tours, alongside Ilan Yeshayahu, one of the minority shareholders of Eshet Tours, who will be appointed Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and will serve as the Chief Financial Officer of the parent company – Kerem Investments and Tourism”.

Rosen has a rich resume in the field of tourism, and brings with him management experience in the technology and media sectors. In the last decade, when he served as CEO in the tourism industry, Rosen specialized in digital, customer experience and e-commerce. Recently and following the war, he founded and manages the “Iron Swords Service Headquarters”, a private, fully voluntary initiative with over 300 volunteers and many hundreds of private and public organizations, which helps bereaved families in dealing with the many and sometimes complex bureaucracy that must be carried out with these organizations.
