Nadav and Asaf, both 40, began their careers at Fattal right after their military service, working in various roles, including in the company’s service and sales centers.

Nadav Fattal’s career progressed through the marketing department, where he established the company’s digital marketing division and served as Marketing Division Manager. He developed the company’s customer loyalty club and the “yala” last-minute deals app. In 2019, Nadav founded Fattal Group’s office space division, creating the ROOMS coworking space network, where he currently serves as CEO. ROOMS is Israel’s largest office space operator with approximately 60 properties and 350,000 square meters of office space.

Asaf Fattal, a certified public accountant and lawyer, advanced within the company to his current role as VP of Business Development and Construction. In this position, Asaf has identified and executed the acquisition of dozens of hotels in Israel and has led construction projects. He was responsible for the opening of approximately half of the company’s operational hotels in the country and is in charge of promoting many future projects, including the construction of new hotels, renovations of existing ones, and enhancing the value of the company’s assets.

Asaf also established Fattal Terminal, the company’s reservations center, and led the creation of the Fattal lodgings at Ichilov and Rambam hospitals. He also spearheaded the launch of the group’s concept brands: the NYX lifestyle brand, the luxury Fattal Limited Edition collection, and the boutique Fattal Colors collection.

David Fattal, Founder and CEO of Fattal Group, shared his pride in the appointments, stating, “I am proud of the appointment of Asaf and Nadav as co-CEOs of the group’s hotel operations in Israel. Nadav and Asaf have grown within the company from a young age, developed their skills over the years, and have demonstrated exceptional management abilities, deep commitment, and extensive knowledge of the hotel industry. I have faith in their capabilities and am confident that the combination of their vast experience with the innovative and dynamic thinking they bring will continue to drive the company to new heights.”

The Fattal Group is divided into six different regions: Central Europe, the UK, Benelux, Spain-Portugal, the Mediterranean Sea region, and Israel. Each region is headed by a CEO who reports directly to the group’s founder and CEO, David Fattal.
