The Israeli hospitality landscape is set to reach new heights of luxury with the official announcement of Gordonia Migdal Arbel. The Gordonia Hotels chain has signed a management agreement for this prestigious new property, which will be nestled in the historic moshava of Migdal. With a total investment of approximately 120 million ILS, the hotel is scheduled to open its doors in approximately two years, offering travelers a fresh sanctuary in one of Northern Israel’s most breathtaking locations.

Positioned to offer unparalleled views of both the majestic Mount Arbel and the tranquil waters of the Sea of Galilee, the hotel will feature 77 meticulously designed rooms. This project is a collaborative effort with the Evangelical Zionist movement, led by the esteemed Dr. Billye Brim. Since 1986, Dr. Brim has been a prominent figure in international pro-Israel advocacy, organizing massive prayer gatherings and educational tours that bring thousands of Israel-loving pilgrims to the Holy Land annually. This partnership underscores a deep connection between the new development and the global community of Israel supporters.

True to the signature Gordonia philosophy, the Migdal Arbel property will emphasize a concept of “refined simplicity.” The guest experience is designed around peace, quiet, and an intimate connection to the surrounding nature and landscape. Beyond the luxury accommodations, the hotel will boast a diverse range of amenities, including a swimming pool, a world-class spa complex, and the exclusive “Gordonia Lounge.” For those looking to host gatherings, the property will also include a modern event hall, alongside various bars and dining options.

The establishment of Gordonia Migdal Arbel is a cornerstone of the chain’s rapid expansion across Israel. Gadi Priber, Co-CEO of Gordonia Hotels, expressed great pride in the partnership with Dr. Billye Brim, noting that the unique location allows the brand to perfectly execute its vision of uncompromising service standards set against the backdrop of Israel’s most beautiful natural wonders. The agreement for the land has been signed for a 25-year period, ensuring that this site will remain a staple of Israeli luxury tourism for decades to come.

This new addition is part of a broader momentum for the brand, which first gained fame with its exclusive property in Ma’ale HaHamisha. Between 2026 and 2027, the chain expects to open further locations in Zichron Ya’akov and Golan Beach. Looking ahead to 2029, Gordonia plans to complete five more hotels in prime destinations including Eilat, Caesarea, Netanya, and Sapir Park, solidifying its position as a leading name in high-end, nature-focused hospitality throughout the country.
