“We are looking for service and sales representatives and shift managers for the call center in Sderot, who will enjoy improved conditions, airline ticket benefits and work in a dynamic and challenging environment”.

Israir opened a service and sales call center 7 years ago in Sderot in the “Mol 7” center that employed about 40 people. In light of October 7, Israir was forced to close the call center in Sderot and operate in an emergency mode of providing customer service by employees at the company’s headquarters in Givatim, alongside the work of some of the employees who were evacuated from Sderot.

These days, Israir has decided to re-open the call center in Sderot out of a mission and Zionism and a desire to strengthen the city and provide a livelihood for the residents of the surrounding settlements and the surrounding area. The company began hiring residents of the area for the service and sales center.

Hila Hermolin Ronen, Israir’s VP of Marketing and Sales: “These days we launched a massive recruitment campaign for our service and sales center in Sderot. Israir’s service center was established in Sderot a few years ago with the ideology of creating jobs in the south. With the outbreak of the Iron Swords War, the center stopped operating and returned to activity reduced in early March.
