The Hagoshrim Hotel in nature, which has been closed since the outbreak of the war, will undergo renovation and renewal at a cost of approximately 10 million ILS. The renovation is expected to be completed this March, with the aim of reopening in accordance with security guidelines. After the renovation, the hotel will include approximately 170 rooms in four complexes.

As part of the move, the Dan building, which currently has 44 rooms, will be renovated and converted into 32 spacious rooms, each measuring approximately 32 square meters, with the aim of increasing the options for families. According to architect Ari Shaltiel: “We used natural materials such as wood and wicker to create a sense of transcendence from the outside air, and natural shades of green, brown and beige were used that reflect the colors of the earth and local vegetation”.

In about two years, a new wing will be built by architect Oshrat Brown of the AB Planners office, which will include about 43 accommodation units, also about 32 square meters in size. “The building was designed in a panoramic way along the stream channel, so that each balcony will face the view and include a private hanging garden,” explains Brown. “The building will include four terraced floors, with a main entrance level connected to the nearby Koren building and an entrance balcony with a view of the stream. A glass elevator will connect the new wing to the promenade level and the existing waterfall”.

The hotel also plans to add an additional swimming pool and a bar on the roof of the existing conference hall.
