Fattal Hotels has launched a culinary venture entitled: “Fattal Market,” serving an Israeli style market breakfast twice a week in its Eilat hotels. Each stall offers a different selection of food from regions within Israel, including a pickle stand, inspired by Levinksy Market, Tel Aviv; fresh salads and vegetables, similar to Mahane Yehuda market in Jerusalem; and sweet treats found at Wadi Nisnas in Haifa. A health counter also serves fresh smoothies and muesli, among other options. The market is open to both hotels guests and the public.
