Medi Terre Hotel is a recently opened upscale property located on the shorefront of Netanya. The owners of the privately owned hotel spent three years on a renovation project to transform seven of 30 floors in an apartment block into a 60-room property. “We worked with the HBA design firm to create a very unique upscale aesthetic reflective of being inside a boat and with a color scheme incorporating classic gold and blues,” says Sales and Marketing Manager Ari Shklar. “Each intricate element, from the wall tiling, stone design and hand painted wall murals, has been finished to the highest standard.”

Dining & Amenities
An à la carte breakfast is served in the ground floor lobby lounge, which also has a bar and seating areas. Additionally, the first floor Medi Terre restaurant provides gourmet dining options and can be hired for events of up to 65 people. Room service is also available. Other amenities include a business center with a computer, printer and fax machine, and a wine store offering a selection of kosher wines. “We plan to provide daily wine tastings and use the space for hosting special events going forward,” says Shklar.

Marketing & Service
“Aside from OTAs and local agents, we are reaching out to local businesses to promote Medi Terre as the best hotel for their visiting clients.” Group bookings can be made through the hotel and additional services can be requested to suit individual preferences. “I’m confident our high level of service will differentiate us from the market,” says Shklar, adding: “We offer the best concierge service which can arrange transport, nearby tours, in-room spa treatments and answer guest inquiries.”
